Our name nods to a Bavarian tradition — and to the Cornhuskers who call Nebraska home.
Bierhaus Maisschäler was built for the joy of gathering: good food, great beer, and the kind of warm, elbow-to-elbow welcome the Germans call Gemütlichkeit. We pour German-style lagers in proper liter steins and pile the tables with butcher-crafted sausages and Bavarian pretzels.
